USPFPIK - STPPPK

  The union of commodity producers of food and process industry of Kazakhstan (UCPFPIK) – the public non-commercial organization, is established at the initiative of country leading enterprises. Unites the enterprises of food and processing indutries. The union includes: joint-stock companies, firms, companies, scientific research institutes, the design organizations, educational institutions on a professional training (vocational schools, colleges, universities), etc.

         The president of the Union is Anatoly Vishanovich Popeljushko, the President of joint-stock company "Rakhat". The Vice-President – Nina Semenovna Bezrukova. UCPFPIK– a member of the International union of a food science and technologies (Canada), the founder of Atameken union.

        UCPFPIK unites over 50 firms, the companies, research organizations, formation establishments – lycees, colleges and higher educational institutions. It carries out work under the control over quality of production, on safety of a foodstuff and drinks. Protects interests of domestic commodity producers, actively co-operates with the deputy case by working out of economic laws, also it is accredited for work in advisory council.

        “Grocery market of Kazakhstan”, "Sweets", "Sharap", “Equipment. Container. Packing”, AgroTech Kazakhstan International Exhibitions are held which Annually in April in Almaty, the organizer of which is UCPFPIK.

       The purpose of exhibitions – definition of competitiveness level and demonstration of achievements of domestic commodity producers in foodstuffs sphere, advancement of a high-grade, safe, qualitative foodstuff, presentation of new kinds of production and services, expansion of a commodity market of a domestic production, an establishment of business ties, an exchange of experience, strengthening of communication of a science and manufacture. All it promotes a raising of prestige of domestic commodity producers, support domestic food and process industry, the Republic Kazakhstan statement as economically developed country. 

        Within the limits of exhibitions conferences, round tables, seminars for experts, meetings of buyers and sellers, business trainings, presentations of firms and participants, professional tasting competitions of a foodstuff and drinks: “Leader of the grocery market of Kazakhstan – 2010” and consumer tasting «people Choice», “Competition of cooks” are held.

        Every autumn the Union holds the Kazakhstan International festival of culinary art “Culinary piece of Dastarkhan” which purpose is integration of domestic commodity producers and public catering, strengthening of business ties, demonstration of competitions of skill, the further lifting of public catering, improvement of service of the population, wide propagation of a healthy way of life, distribution of rich traditions of hospitality, kindliness inherent Kazakhstan people.

       Domestic commodity producers take part in festival, service renders and the equipment for hotel owners and restaurant - keepers, the best teams of cooks, confectioners and waiters of areas of republic, cities of Astana and Almaty, near and far abroad.

      Within the limits of festival demonstration performances and master classes of domestic and foreign professionals of restaurant business are held, where they demonstrate to participants and visitors of festival high culinary skills and also competitive performances barista – masters on coffee preparation.

     At festival exhibitions-sales for Almaty population and to visitors of southern capital the best product samples domestic are offered consumer producers, competitive products of cookery. 

     UCPFPIK since 1998 is the founder of republican scientifically-practical magazine “Food and process industry of Kazakhstan”. In 2008 in Moscow and Beijing with support of "KAZNEХ" Corporation representations UCPFPIK which purpose is support and advancement of production of domestic commodity producers in Russia and China have opened.

     UCPFPIK makes all efforts for the further lifting and development food and processing branches also it is opened for cooperation with the enterprises and public organizations of Kazakhstan, the CIS countries and the far abroad.
